There is no evidence for it. Like we have mentioned in the video, it is mostly an unknown cause. Yoga is good for health, but may not prevent premature menopause.

@@Meenakeerthi143 Please eat meals at regular times and interval. Drink water inbetween meals to dilute remaining acids. Sleep to the left at night and with 2 pillows. Avoid spicy and oilyfoods. Avoid tea and coffee.
