  It is most likely due to indigestion. Always have light meals or salads before yoga class. Yoga does not cause increase in the abdominal pressure.

  Scar fibrosis is a painful side effect following such conditions. Wait for another month to see if it settles down, else follow up with the surgeon who did the initial procedure if it persist's.

  Hello Dr, Thanks for the explanation about LIPOMA. I'm having lumps or cyst spread around my body. I would like to operate those cysts. Before that I would like to know, those lumps are LIPOMA or SEBACEOUS cyst. How can you differentiate those two. I hope you would clarify my doubt. Thanks.

  Lipoma does not have an opening, while sebaceous cyst does (it is a black dot in the centre the swelling and is called a punctum). If the lump is pressed and it expresses some cheesy material, then it is a sebaceous cyst.

  Please have a check up to reveal the status of the uterus or at least get a scan done to confirm it. Conception is possible, but get a check up done to make sure all if well.

  Hi Sir, Three months back during a master health check up I have been diagnosed with single Gall bladder polyp with a size of 1.2 mm. I don't have any symptoms. 3 months later now I have taken another USG and diagnosed as " The Gall bladder is adequately distended. A small immobile hyperechoic foci of size 3.2 mm noted adherent to the wall of the Gall bladder with no evidence of posterior acoustic shadowing. There is no significant vascularity within. Wall thickness appears normal. No evidence of pericholecystic free fluid seen." Still I don't have any symptoms associated with it. Can you assist me with the next step?

  It maybe a polyp that has grown in size or not measured correctly initially. Pls repeat scan in 6 months. If the size or number of polyps have increased and/or if you are symptomatic (Pain, Indigestion, Vomiting, Jaundice or Fever), then you will be better off removing the GB by a Lap Cholecystectomy.
