Constipation is common during pregnancy. You can take stool softners in addition to diet if you are still constipated. Do not strain while passing stools after encirclage as it is best to avoid increased pressure inside the abdomen. For further doubts please consult your gynaecologist.

Gestational Hypertension can be avoided by : 1- Consuming less salt. 2-Exercising regularly. 3-Drinking upto 2 litres of water per day or 8 glasses. 4-Avoiding Tea, Coffee and Alcohol. 5-Increasing the amount of protein in your diet. 6-Keeping your feet elevated during sleep & resting adequately each day. 7-Consulting your gynaecologist and taking your prescribed medicines.

I have hydrocele for 20 years not so big size until 2 years before. But I feel little bit bigger now there is no any pain anything. Last 20 years before I was check in Kuwait hospital they took ultrasound and torch test and then they said no need surgery. What I should do now. Please advice doctor. Thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏🙏
