Why are people acting like it's obvious the voice is his? This is a video on a _product_ channel. It is a video advertisement. Voiceover actors are not as a general practice the same as the commercial models. It is obviously meant to simulate an influencer post but there's no particular reason to think it is. Professional ad with an uncredited professional male model who is silent, and a voiceover saying, "I use this product." How old is this practice? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.

You can't see the powder when it's done. Also better to put a small amount in the hand and then apply to the hair. More control and you use less, compared to dumping it out straight into the hair. Easier to work it deeper into the hair.
