    I agree, great video. Form for deadlifting is CRUCIAL and should be part of training to prevent injuries!

    i am a boxer now for 12 years and wrestling guys always bring me in worst problems when we are messing around, really respect this sport. and no there is nothing gay on it, not even 1%!

    Couldn't agree more. Although im english and never played American Football, our equivalent is rugby and even so is no match for wrestling or grappling. I do a bit of MMA, and the ground work all ways kills me. (and that't not even technically full wrestling as well haha.)

    I'm in wrestling and we do half of what they did in this video. It's no joke. Even the football players that are on the team, say his is 10x harder than footballs training !

    We are the most in shape people. Other then mabye water polo players...We use to have 20 football players come out to wrestling and only maby 5 would stay within a week time frame, there sad
