Right place right time. Thanks for braving the extrem cold temps. Great job. I read where B 9 & B14 were involved in separate but similar incidents where someone hit the BC vehicle & tried to flee, but were boxed in by FDNY members.

Thank goodness for sprinkler systems. With propane tanks stored in basements unless for cooking purposes,if anything leaks all it takes is one spark. We all know what follows after that.Not too good.Good catch
