Praying Mantis Kung Fu - Purple Belt Training with Sifu Henry Sue

This is a video showing 9th Degree Grand Master Henry Sue teaching two of his Purple Belt Disciples Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, plus a short but dynamic demonstration by the students showing some fighting techniques used to destroy the vital points around the head and neck.
These students have extremely strong conditioning to these areas and is not recommended for the average person to try this at home.

    back in the old days of no belt rankings, people were able to live in dojos and temples and spend everyday training. now we cannot do that. there is so much information to learn we cannot do it all at once the belt ranking system breaks down the information into section for easier understanding. in todays society we can only make room a few times a week to train around our home and work life. belts make it easier to know our place and remember what we are taught when we are shown it.

    this is so hilarious to watch. they just stand there and slap each other, not even putting there hands up or moving there head to defend themselves

    @@philippkerkow9482 I'm a Tong Long Sifu myself. Just once, it would be nice to see a video with actual sparring. It's embarrasing that it's never shown.
