Hey great video but you forgot to go out and ride it and tell us about the difference it made. I just picked up the Vitpilen 701 and have the Coobers ecu and airbox on the way. Also doing the Leo Vince cat delete and slip on. Great vid keep it up!!

Hi, i have a svartpilen 401 2018 and i have already fixed dna stage 2 aur filter and a k&n air filter. I also want a decat pipe and an exhaust leovince. For increasing the power of the bike do you think i have to buy a coober ECU or a powertronic, because i do not know the difference between them

riccardo pagliani They both will increase power. I like the PowerTronic since it’s cheaper and more customizable then coober, can even use it for a dyno tune.

NN mainly smooths out the powerband for a more even flow on throttle. Way less jerky at low speeds. Overall worth it!

Can you do the airbox without the ECU?

Yes! It will change the sound of the bike is all. You need the ecu to tell the motor to suck in more air

I thought the airbox was used instead of the oem airbox and the air filter. Are you sure you need both installed? air filter + Coober Air box?

I just replaced the oem air filter with the coober air filter. Didn’t change the box.

@@revolvinggarage5425 No, you left the OEM filter in there (the green one), then put the Coober air box cover on top of it. So you’re doubling up.

Just want to say that the engien can get damaged by not having a exhaust on running with just the cat is not recommended but you do you still love the bike👍👍

Have you had the bike dynotuned or are you using the maps that powertronic provided ? Any other social media ? I'd like to follow along your build. Def wanna more about how much of a difference that ecu made.

I'm seeing the cool factor. However, there's people putting on cat eliminators, cans, and ECU's and are dynoing at about 73rwhp. Cycle world got 71 rqhp off an new stockie. I don't get it? I understand tuning a WS6 Trans Am where you gain 70hp from the same mods. but for two measly horsepower??? All that work and money so you can go deaf faster and gain 2hp and save maybe 20lbs off the bike.

Bike horsepower is a lot different the car horsepower. And there is a lot more then just power gains going on, it cleans up the map and runs much smoother and more snappy.
