You can buy the 390 duke upper clamp and a set of bars for quite a bit less, perfect fit also!

I’ve heard this is possible with some modifications. I just liked the quality of the kit and deemed it worth it. The svart triple clamp is also a great option.

Are there different sizes conversion kits you can get for this bike? Like would some be higher or lower than the ones you installed. I want a svart but I want the more aggressive handlebars. Or a vit with the off-road tires. Idk which way to do it though

Unfortunately I don’t remember, it was on sale on some stunt website. When I searched for them I found many sites selling them so maybe look at bit more.

Should just be 1 bolt on the mirror, you slide that in the bar and tighten that one long bolt and it’ll expand the cap inside the bar to tighten it

I think it is much more comfortable. I’m barely over 6’ and the bike almost looks small. I think it’d fit you great especially with these or svart bars.

It’s just a big socket, same as any other bolt!

Currently looking at purchasing a vitpilen 401. How have you found it to be, I've read mixed reviews but it seems like such a great bike for the price. Also, really cool video!

Deadset Trails Hey man, I would say it’s a great bike if you’re new to street bikes, mellow enough to not scare you but also super torquey if you want to get on it. My only complaint is that it’s not very comfy if you do long rides

Thanks for posting this. Great job! The handlebars have been the only hold up for me not purchasing the Vit. You can’t find any Svarts, they are sold out everywhere, but there are some Vits for sale and I’m guessing this is the biggest reason why. Could you post a link to the product in the description perhaps? Did you have any thoughts around moving the foot pegs if that’s even a possibility? I’m a newbie and think this would be a good bike for me. But am clueless when it comes to mods.

The Vit is a great first bike. I’d honestly just go get it if I were you, but a few miles on it, then feel what you want. There is still a lot of people with the stock lower bars, it just gets tiring on long rides. If you search for the ABM kit you’ll find a bunch of links for it. Good luck!

@@revolvinggarage5425 yep I already found it thanks! . And I was thinking if it’s my first bike, I may not have a clue of the difference since I’ll have no frame of reference! They have two left at my dealership. I’m going tomorrow to take a look. My second choice is a bike no one has ever heard of and I can’t find a single review online, even though it looks awesome IMO (resale value would be a concern, it’s called the SYM Wolf CR300i). How has the Husqy been on ride quality? Soak up bumps well? I live In downtown Philadelphia and the roads are a real mix from nicely paved to rough and tumble with land mines for potholes to colonial era cobblestone. I think the suspension is the same as the Svart? Just different tires? I’ve heard the Svart is amazing at all different terrain I’d suspect the Vit would do well in my cement jungle.

@@benvernick ah okay, I know the sym wolfs, their made in Taiwan or something and are a cheap cafe racer. Also a good first bike but I would imagine the quality would be drastically different. The syms or more a cheap alternative from what I understand. Maybe give both a shot and see what you like, I’d obviously be biased.

@@revolvinggarage5425 yep you got it one and the same. Sym is well respected company but in the scooter world not the motorcycle realm. Sanyang one of their subsidiaries was the company that continued to make the Honda Cub for almost 20 years making it the all time best selling vehicle of all time. Any vehicle. Forget how many it’s a crazy number. About five years ago they came out with the first Wolf Classic and it was a 150 CC and it was the ultimate classic beginner bike and roughly half the cost. It got rave reviews (it used that same CUB engine I think) and you cannot find one used today if your life depended on it. But the new SYM 300 is $5,000!!! I’ll check one out because I also want to take a look at a 50 cc Vespa, they maybe better for city traffic than small bikes and the storage is great. No special license required either. And hilariously they sell big bore kits for Vespas now. Get that 49CC up to 70! I’d be hard pressed to take that SYM even over the Honda CB300R there “neo-cafe” bike. But the Husqvarna for basically the same price gets Brembo brakes, a Bosch ABS for both wheels, adjustable suspension, etc. It’s in a class of its own. By next week I hope to have pulled the trigger on one of them. Hell even the KTM Duke 200 is on the table at 4K. I wonder if we will get a 200 Husky? Speaking of storage I was looking at some of the options for the Husqvarna and they have some really nice Tank and Rear bags. Have you looked into these? I’ll bet they are expensive AF. But I need some sort of storage for work bags and daily groceries. KTM surprisingly has really nice saddle bags 💼. The last Make I was looking into is Cleveland Cyclewerks. Cool bikes and custom designed somewhat. Might be a bit too involved for me and the few I’ve seen for sale have dropped in value dramatically. Nice looking bikes though. The Heist is wild looking.

In france, the bar isnt include with the abm kit. We have the possibility to choose the streetbike bar, the superbike bar or another bar. I think you have the superbike bar cause it is higher than mine. Ive just received the streetbike bar but im still waiting for the abm kit. I hope i neednt extend the electrical handcontrolls!
