Evening prepper nation. I hope you all had a productive day. Eggs have skyrocketed up again. 10 eggs now £2.70. It was £2 for 12 in January. I got 3kg more cheese to wax. Cans of chicken curry up from £1.70 last week to £2 today. I got jerky, biltong, nuts and more candles. Tonight I'm heating kitchen for dog with 12 large tealight candles. It's £2 for 9 maxi tealight candles. So £2.50 for 8 hours heating one room.

I’ve been watching a lot of videos on this product and others, a lot of videos are saying that people on these things are disappointed with the Kickstarter and all the problems. Sounds like they still haven’t gotten all the bugs out, so I would be careful.

Just wanted you to know we bought one of the (SimPure) water filtration countertops and it is awesome. Water taste like spring water. No more bottled water since this can even run on a small generator if power is lost.

@@Honestandtruth It would have to be a large unit. Always check the watts of what you are plugging into the generator compared to the watts of the generator it self. (Example) If device is 500 watts and your generator is a 1000 watts then it will be fine.

Ha ha that’s awesome, these units are pretty cool. I have to say I’ve had one that is the 2000 for quite a while check their website and look over all of their features to make sure it fits all of your needs… I will obviously have more reviews on different power stations coming up but this is definitely not a bad unit and it’s a pretty good price.

Looking forward to watching. I've been researching atmospheric water makers. Would love to see you review one. Thanks for all you do!

Australia is sooooo far behind the mark when it comes to these sort of generators, if only we had a wide range to choose from but we don't.

Wow,that generator looks awesome 👌 you mentioned something about it having an app, does it have to go through an app or can it be worked directly from the unit? Another question, and I'm just thinking here so forgive my old brain. The current "administration" is all ready to shut down everything in the country that runs on fossil fuels without having any idea as to how to power anything, leaving everyone without, do you think that they might also have a way to kill all the generators regardless of how they are recharged? Patriot is not a great brand - once you see how to assess the actual specs you will see that Patriot is overpriced and underperforming. Some top channels to learn about the specs and comparisons are Hobotech, Jasonoid and others, who do actual testing to see if the units live up to the advertising claims.

Stay away from the patriot generator, there’s a lot of negative stuff coming out about this!

I see several bad reviews on their own website…. Buyer beware.

I like the Flash Deal (power unit and 400 watts of solar panels) the best deal, assuming you have $1,800 to spend. The recharge time specs are rather deceptive, they assume you are charging with the AC charger and maximum number of solar panels simultaneously. Keep in mind, this is only enough power to run your frig and a few lights overnight, you will need some type of guaranteed power source to recharge the battery pack, such as a 2,500+ watt gas generator if power is out. The solar panels will only be enough power to recharge the battery pack if it is turned off and, you must have the solar panels (at least 400 watts of panels) in full sun (not overcast) within 2 - 3 hours of noontime to capture enough sunlight. If you also want to power a frig and freezer, you may need to buy a second power unit, due to the huge (up to 2,400 watts per appliance) frig plus freezer starting surge current.

@@RiversideHomesteadLife I wasn't trying to infer anything by mentioning the cost, just that it may be beyond a lot of people's budget these days with the super inflation the country has experienced over the last few years. On the other hand, I appreciate the discount on the unit, which may make it possible to afford. These battery/inverter units are very handy because they combine all the components of a solar system in an easy to understand and maintain package. They also will recharge from several sources and have phone charging plugs and a 12 volt power plug, making them very handy for many uses. This particular unit uses a Lithium Iron battery; my first choice for a Lithium battery, which are safer and have a longer battery life than the Lithium-Ion batteries. Having designed power inverters in the past, as well as having lived without power for many days, I desire to mention some of the shortcomings of such battery/inverter units to make the long term outage as safe and practical as possible.

Will the Zender charger keep my 7 cu. ft. Freezer going. For how long, if so.

It depends on the working wattage of the Freezer. Saying if it's 100W, then Zendure SuperBase Pro2000 can keep it running for 2096Wh/100W =20.96 h.
