I've been taping for years and thought I knew it all. Sigh, I hate finding out how much I don't know. It seems I am constantly finding out how dumb I really am. Thanks for the video.

You forgot to mention you have to drill a larger hole with roll forms. The hole size tolerance is also more critical with roll forms, if the hole is to large you will get a "double pitch" thread because there is not enough material to close up the form of the thread. If the hole it to small there will not be enough room for the material to form into the thread and you will tear your threads or break the roll form. Also, roll forms mainly only works in material that produce stringy chips.

Thanks! Can never have enough information on Taps, and Tapping. How about Dies? If you already have a video on using Dies, a link here would be good. Nice looking mill. What brand is it and would you recommend it? Also, the tapping fluid/oil you are using looks good! What is it? Thanks!
