Power Query Merge Queries - VLOOKUP Formula Alternative

In this video, we look at using merge queries in Power Query as an alternative to the VLOOKUP function.

The VLOOKUP function is super useful in Excel. As Excel evolves, other features are created that can assist in tasks we relied on lookup formulas for in the past.
In this video we look at the advantages of why you would use Power Query instead of VLOOKUP.
Four examples are demonstrated in the video. Performing common VLOOKUP tasks, but with merge queries. And looking at how merge queries simplify these tasks.

This is actually good but one disadvantage that will be only exact match not appropriate match.
If I have 3 the same type data sets, esch on own sheet. Can I extract unique walues let it say from collumn A from all 3 data set together?
In case of many results( date for example) How can i return max & min date ????
I get an error, "page not found" using the above links to the example file download pages. Not found, error 404 on page.
In a vlookup in Excel, the order doesn't change, ie if no value is found, it doesn't appear altogether at the bottom. Is the possible using power query?
