Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Head chef and owner Jack cooks our signature dish, Cods Head, from start to finish in real-time. The head is served with our in-house sriracha butter emulsion sauce.

Let's go literally my new favorite channel, love your energy and the dedication you put in. Peace and love 💚✌🏼
I’m glad AJ is still working there. Shows how much he loves what he does. Shout out to him.

Would love to see a video of your team in the kitchen or how the kitchen operates when the two head chefs aren’t monitoring the kitchen. Like are there multiple sous chefs. Just something that’s always fascinated me.

I think the people that come there to cook for service are professionals with many years of experience and know the routines of a kitchen / service. Everyone works very clean and knows their stations. I guess there's always a sous or two working in this restaurant.
The two lead chefs/owners' senses of time and temperature are insanely accurate. I know there's timers everywhere but to have a running, splitting timer in your head for these dishes is astounding. A seamless transition and minimal downtime from when food is finished cooking to plated and served. Was also just expecting him cooking it on a slower/less staffed kitchen, but here we are in full lunch service and the man is making POV video on cooking new samples of fish. Love this content!
The cool thing about this vid is the chef being able to just walk into the pass and instantly take over and know whats going on. Thats how a kitchen should be run, everyone on the same page.
My mouth was watering so bad when the cod head was being plated! Man that looks so damn delicious

Can confirm the cods head is phenomenal and the sauce is unreal
Great POV, shame we didn't see so much of the cod's head eating! Looks delicious
There is something relaxing about watching a busy kitchen, a chef in their groove is zen for me. Then I remeber I used to work in one and how stressful it is lol good times. I miss it. Love the videos. Chef POV is my new itch.
Fascinating teamwork! Love the energy! Please, don't stop posting these videos.
That Video Title is such an understatement! The presence of Jack in everything he does is astounding! You can tell that this is true passion combined with great technique and heart. Thank you so much for giving insights into your day to day. Truly love it! 🙏🏻
"I've already got a fish AJ, don't worry, ignore me"
I asked for insight to the fish station and I got it! Thanks guys!

Our pleasure!
What I noticed is that while he’s working on the new fish, he’s not above stopping to make some mussels then helping out at the pass.
so good to see how the atmosphere in professional kitchen has changed. from being absolute crazy savages to calm and collected super well organized.

Depends on the kitchen, really. There are definitely still plenty of savages in the industry.
Just love what I'm seeing every time! I'm about a month away of sampling your creations. I just can't wait!!
I have no experience of working in a commercial kitchen, having only done the seemingly mandatory stint waiting tables. What strikes me about Fallow's videos is the level of mutual respect between everyone and the almost calmness in the kitchen which is in stark contrast to some of the ones you see on TV. Brilliant to see and watch
found this channel last month and have been binge watching ever since. Definitely want to come and visit the restaurant in the near future!
Badass cooking and fantastic looking fish chef Jack, cheers from Chicago!
These POVs are awesome, would love to eat here if I'm ever in London.
Always a good day whenever Fallow drops a vid!
For me, best channel on youtube right now !
we need more dinner service pov videos of bartenders, waiters, cooks, etc. I would love to binge watch those type of vids
Stunning insight! Thank you so much for sharing. Its very inspiring!
love this channel. My favorites are the head chef pov
Not something I would eat, but can definitely appreciate the skill it takes to cook something like this.
That looks yummy. Some of the best meat on many big fish is in the head, esp the cheeks. Yummy stuff here
Love your channel dudes, keep up the hard and good work
Man I watch this when I’m high and those whistles of yours throw me off so much😂😂
More of these POV videos please i love em
I absolutely love what you guys do and love your videos and channel. I can't wait to go to Fallow this month. I really want the cod head 😎🐟
What a great looking cod head, I’m sure you enjoyed. Running a symphony in the kitchen
Love these videos, please keep it up!!!
Absolutely amazing. In India we make muri ghonto with fish head. It's a dish with fish head and rice curry. In every Bengali family it's a must do dish. You should try it

Amazing job Chef
I'm pumped to come eat here! going to be very meta haha
Hey guys! Do you have a recipe or a technique on how you bake your shortribs? Yours turn out always big with the bone still quite intact. Mine turn tender but almost too tender? And the shrinkage is insane.
Can you film every station? Would love to see garnish station
i wasn’t aware that you could get retractable clicky sharpies until i saw this video, that’s gonna be a game changer 😍
Must be at least 15 years since I caught a Cod that big.
looks amazing
Been working in kitchens since I was 13 years old... .I'd leave Canada and move there just to work here for a day
Wow that’s cool that you guys have a whole 2nd kitchen in the basement
There is one cheek, and the other guy went straight in for it. That's sackable right there.
I wouldn't mind a pov video of opening/closing the restaurant
Good Chef👍
Its probably delicous...but how do you eat it? Another great video from Fallow.
