Your dishes look so good. I’m an American & I really want to learn how to cook African food well because I love it. A lot of times people go so fast & don’t show how they do things step by step. I love how you explain yourself as you go, but can you please show us exactly what you, your measurements & how to cut & blend it. This is my first time watching your channel, but I already subscribed. Love your energy. Thank you.

Or you can make it yourself by buying the clean sesame seeds (usually available at health food stores) and boil it till it's soften (which usually takes 2days). Then drain all the water out of it and pour Into a towel, maybe 2 and wrap the hell outta it, put it in a couple of old clean pillowcases and put it in a pan and place it in a oven. Each day you turn the oven on and warm it up for about an hr, for a week or so and you'll have yourself fermented sesame seeds...aka ogrie. Oh! make sure you don't open it to check it when you warm it (the fermentation process will prolong) and make sure you're not intimate the day b4 you start the boiling up to the time it's ready (or it's will stink for days).
