The world and food is so diverse. Here in Uganda potato leaves are everywhere so long as you have a garden. They will even grow bse of soil erosion when a stalk grows from a small cut tuber. And when we find them we dig them out bse it can spread everywhere very fast. Now let me try to learn how to make it. I will surprise my family soon

Thank you for insisting it is SWEET POTATO leaves. Others with recipe here don't, and that is criminal. Regular (white) potato leave are poisonous and can kill a person. Sweet potatoes are not in the same plant family as regular white potatoes, so their leaves are wonderful and edible. Thanks
