I am OK w rice, but prefer my fufu which is combined cassava n plantain. But I luv the idea of trying w boiled plantain.

I prefer the traditional potato leaves recipe. Ogiri is sesame seeds which is very nutritional. I’m sure the taste of yours is good. I also add a few chopped okras and smooth peanut butter to mine. Really great!!

We Guinea Conakry 🇬🇳 love potatoes and cassava leaves but so far we know when it's comes to those 2 dishes sierra leone are the best .. my brother love so much those 2 recipes that my mom say she gonna look a sierra leone women for him to marry Lol
