I am following from India, Asia 🌏, it is now a need for me to cook for myself 😀😀😀 Thanks for the tutorials Ma'am ❤ Are you the Scholar Winnet Garmia I knew from St. Peter's Lutheran, Liberia 🇱🇷?
Meat: dried fish, fish, smoked turkey, pepper and onions to meat, one maggi cube, salt. Adobo or chicken seasoning, water 1/2 cup/cook down. Wash greens 3 times. Handful of greens upside down, cut top, and keep bottom. Remove fresh fish, so it won't be too soft. Add potatoe greens. Pepper flakes. More maggi or seasoning salt. Cool on mes high or med for 25 min. Taste. Add more dried meat if needed. Cook longer until water is reduced. Add palm oil. Cook until water is cooked down. Serve with rice and plantain.

Hi Winn, Thank you so much for putting out all these wonderful food recipes from Liberia. I am half Liberian and I was adopted at the age of 9 to Canada. I have a question for you! We have a Chinese market here in Vancouver BC, Canada called T&T they carry water cress would water cress be the same as potato green? I went today and I just couldn’t find potato green. If you could help me out that would be wonderful!

I luv Food that’s good. I’m sure you gonna like it.
My step father used to cook this when I was young and I never forgot about how good it tasted even after 9 years later. Whenever my mom asks me what I want for dinner I always said Potato green and I've been begging her to make this since my step dad left the country 9 years ago but she said she really can't. She told me that when she tried making this it tasted horrible and a lot of food was wasted so she vowed to never make this again. Today is the day I finally search for it after craving it for 9 years!!! I'm so excited to cook this. My forever favorite food!!
Yum. I’m from Boston too where can I buy the potato greens
