Both dishes are very good, but I don't thing they go well combined. The "side" is very hearty, with meat and mushrooms, more like a main. Writing from Canada.

They are indeed edamame beans, not green peas. They add a nice bite to the dish, but you can definitely use peas or any similar veggies you like

​@@Mona.555 Speaking as a musician myself, you're right -- this music isn't bad. Being a 70s-80s kid, I like the 80s-style rock vibe.. But for a recipe/cooking channel, I'd have more calming melodies -- something along the lines of classical/jazz guitar or piano (no lyrics) with the volume turned down a bit for that sought-after balance of food cooking sounds and music. That's just me, though. 🤷‍♀️

Sorry, don’t understand the second half of your video. Did you bake them separately or added them to the first dish and baked for an extra 15 minutes?

Hi there, thanks for asking! The side dish featured in the second half of the video isn’t baked-it’s served as is. The only baking is for the potato pie, which is indeed baked for an extra 15 minutes once topped with mozzarella. Hope that helps clarify!
