I've played a lot of sports thru the years. Nika saying "I feel really good about today" is actually quite common. But what is rare is to have that feeling and the rest of the team to share it. I can remember less than a handful of times in 30+ years of playing different sports where the whole team is locked in. Everyone knows exactly what to do and when to do it. Enjoy this one ladies. It doesn't come often.

Caitlin Clark is a great player and deserves all the accolades she's receiving, but if I had a choice between her and Paige , I'll pick Paige every time. I think her overall game is better. IMHO

Clark is absent off the ball, gets all her assists because she has the ball 65-% of the time and usually gives it up only after hunting her own shot. She shoots a decent % from 3 (38%, Paige shoots 43%) and mediocre 45% from the floor( Paige 55%). She also plays no D....Paige is elite. Paige has infinitely better mid range and finsihing skills, it's not close, and she's far more clutch. CC simply takes a lot of shots, period. Just look at yesterday, CC took 6 shots in the last 2 minutes and OT, made 2 of them, and had 2 TOs. All anyone said and showed in highlights was the 3 she made and acted like it was a game winner. It wasn't, she missed 4/6 and 2 TOs and the key shots were hit by Martin and Marshall. CC shot 5/17 from 3 with 7 TOs and had the nerve to take credit for it. PB is a far better player, generational like Kobe but a much better passer....CC is Gilbert Arenas

@@cbrend22 Agreed! I think CC is making the most of the system designed for, and to her credit she's deserved all the accolades she's getting and the record's she's making. That said, PB would eat her up 1-on-1.

Considering this team's penchant for dumb fouls, today's game was pretty great. Ice was solid under the basket all game long. She is still stressing too much about her mistakes. Play through! You're doing fine.

After listening to Geno, sounds like to me Paige has some Larry Bird locked up in her brain. And sometimes to watch her play, you see some of the Larry Bird moves and attitude in her. Just my opinion.

let me ask this questian? if uconn had not have all their injuries. do anyone believe that SC would be the number one team all season. UCONN IS 28-5 with all there injuries

This is more of a one-person team than the last two Taurasi years. Just pray Beuckers can stay healthy. This year, it’s about winning the Big East. Not realistic to expect to go far in NCAAs. Best hope is get out of Storrs.
