    Never realized the value of Yoga after a run until recently. Our run group had an instructor come and help out for 15-20 minutes. What a HUGE difference this made for recovery for me! I'm sold!

    Hi Maria, It's good to find these poses. finally some one posted post run yoga nicely. One small query - I feel ankle pain while running, I hope these poses may help to cure it. 🕺😇😜

    So glad you enjoyed this video! Stretching may help your ankle, but if the pain persists, it's worth having a doctor check it out too!     It is hard to hear what you are saying over the loud music. I don't understand why some KZread yoga instructors ruin their videos with distracting, non-essential background noise.
