I have dealt with this for eleven years Woody. Being in the west as well, i just try to appreciate the amazing care that we get, wether the bin man, or the prime minister. That's about as far as i take most time. Cheers from Canada.

Hi Woody, mind absolutely as powerful has any chemotherapy, Last year I read Radical Remission by Kelly Turner, superb book, so much we can do ourselves to fight prostate cancer, mind, diet, excercise. Lots of knowledge out there we lucky to have internet I found ear pods and Audible a great help, I have read loads more than I would have read the traditional way, Up and at em Woody, keep at it, Phil

Hi Phil, I'm reading that book I've also read another book she wrote. It's very inspirational to hear the survivors stories and how they all had the same things in common. Learning to live the way the survivors lived I believe increases our odds on beating this. I gain strength from so much, especially this channel and the wonderful people on here who help each other on our journeys. If one person can survive stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer then so can others.

Great talk Woody. The mind is a powerful tool. 5-1/2 years stage 4 I never gave up, always believe I could possibly beat this. Today I even added a new doctor, a urologist. He had to high five me for my progress

Never give up is a good "placebo", it can always help the medicines to give better health effects. In last 2 years I suffered a lot, broken spine was repaired, I was on wheelchair. Now I can walk again with rollator.. up to 2 kilometers. There are things we must accept in life, it is very hard at times, so dear Woody, be well and overcome hard moments with good will, I wish you this. Dusan from Slovenia

Hey Woody. Cancer is a word not a sentence necessarily. I have been surprised by my positivity since being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer two years ago. I put this down to my faith in the Lord. Whether we live or die we are the Lords. Positivity alone may have some placebo effect but trusting God knowing that nothing can separate us from His love is greater. Love your videos. Always look for the next one to come. Live strong. Your mate and fellow traveler. Harry.

Dude, I think you're on the right path. Me too: Stage 4 and I'm gladly accepting it ... this is who I am on this day, wouldn't have it any other way. F*** mere acceptance, moving with joyousness.

On 17 November my wife takes me by car to Innsbruck, Austria (400km), where I shall get Lutetium injection for the second time. In my stage this is one of last hopes to stop cancer and it works as I see after first injection. Psa has fallen for 50 %. So i have hope and positive thinking will help as well.

Dear Woody, your emotional and positive thinking and advice mean a lot to me, only other cancer patient can know how hard and though it is to go through therapies and side effects. I wish you good health and good blood test results. I am back from Austria where I got second Lutetium psma radiation dose. We will see the effects..
