The sound is so aggressive, loving it. Really missing the times when cars were allowed to make some noise instead of being overregulated by pussies in the EU.

to be honest its pretty boring compared to other NA V8s from the RS 4 B8 or BMW E90 M3 reving to over 8k rpm
I never before saw or heard an non-turbocharged Panamera. To be honest: these 600, 700 and 800+ horsepower cars with turbocharged engines have a breathtaking acceleration and a plenty amount of torque, but their sound isn’t comparable to this GTS with its wonderful naturally aspirated V8! So it doesn’t matter that it has “only“ 430 HP cause this Sound is just glorious! 👍

You can supercharge it, lower-upper pulley, upgrade pump +bolt ons and an e85 tune, 750-850hp easy

@@PKperformanceEU For fucks sake man, not every car needs to be some boy racers wet dream with 800hp, get a license and you’ll realise that this car has more than enough power to be fun. Not every beautiful NA engine has to be ruined with forced induction.
Wow that car is very fast for non-turbo 430hp. Don’t forget it’s over 10 years old and heavy. Porsche quality 💪🏼

I own a 13’ GTS and it’s an absolute beast! That N/A V8 has cams and lifters from the turbo model as well as the turbo brake setup.
0-100 in 4.4s is really fast for a heavy 430hp sedan

Beautiful melodic voice and linear power delivery all the way to the redline from the naturally-aspirated V8 are to be treasured for sure. Love the dashboard layout of this older Panamera although I still find the exterior design a little underwhelming.

Lift version GTS from 14-16 has even better sound as the exhaust system was improved comparing to the first release.

Interesting. You never put it in sport mode. Why not? This one seems to have some exhaust mod and a tune. A little more power than stock.

@@snikwadRR Not true. 1:25 Sport Plus is engaged, Sports Exhaust System is switched on. It’s stock, I would know.
acceleration is a bit disappointing. a golf r could keep up with this and that is sort of sad to imagine. sounds nice for sure though!
89hp per 1L displacement - not shockingly high. Somehow, this big and heavy car accelerates quite nicely with this power - typical Porsches efficiency.

Its too heavy to have a high hp but low torque V8 like on my old E90. This heavy chassis needs an engine that produces more torque so it doesn’t feel like a slouch.

@@1240Dax they are not reliable. And Panamera is generally is a liitle bit more reliable if you compare to BMW for example, but service cost is a lot bigger.
This Panamera must be heavy. My tuned 718 stage 2 is a 10s car now for 100 to 200.
