Pork Tomahawk steak turns out juicy and tender due to the fact that we first fry the pieces of meat over high heat (seal the meat), and only then wrap it in baking paper and foil. To prepare Tomahawk steak, take pork meat with a bone (rib), salt with coarse salt and sprinkle with pork seasoning, also use thyme and ground black pepper. Pour in the olive oil and let sit for a while while the pan heats up. Next, place in a frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown. Then place on baking paper and place 3 cloves of garlic on top, sprinkle with rosemary or put a sprig of rosemary and wrap the paper with the edges up. Next, wrap in foil with the edges facing up.
