Pork belly - better than any sausage or schnitzel! It is cheaper than buying sausage

The main ingredient in two of the recipes in this video is pork belly! Pork belly prepared according to this recipe can be eaten both hot and cold. This is an ideal substitute for sausage, because it is natural meat combined with your favorite spices. Incredible aroma and results. Ingredients and preparation:
1.3 kg pork belly
Salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp chili flakes
Black pepper
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp adjika
5 cloves of garlic
Branch of rosemary
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Bake for 60 minutes at 180C, top/bottom heat
Brush the pork belly with the remaining marinade and meat juice
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180 °C, possibly with convection
Recipe 2:
1.5 kg pork belly
Black pepper
Salt
3 onions
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of herbs from Provence
½ teaspoon chili flakes
Add 50 ml soy sauce
400 ml light beer
Cook for 60 minutes over low to medium heat

    We always love new ways to prepare and serve pork belly. The first recipe is best served as either a main dish or a snack in between meals. Great for dipping in mustard sauce or served in a sandwich. The way it breaks down after sliced is best for sandwiches since it is tender yet firm so as not to fall apart like sloppy joes. The second dish is a great way to goad those who do not like eating onions to partake in a pork dish that has absorbed the onion juices. Though many people might not like eating onions, scientific study shows that onions actually is good for preventing colds or flus. Plus, I just love how easily the pork is sliced even with no effort at all. People, well foreign nationals, always wonder why there is always pork belly sold in our local restaurants (even in street stalls or hole-in-the-wall restaurants/fast food stalls). The answer is simple, pork belly is the part of pork that is easily available, quick to cook and always flavorful, if one knows how to prepare it. For the best pork belly, one should know their hog raisers and how they grow their hogs. The best hog raisers are those that can grow pigs that have less fat and more meat in the belly. For me, I prefer a perfect balance between the fat and the meat as it is the kind of meat we have always grown in our locality.

I quite agree with you that it is one of the most flavorful parts of pork that is easily available. I've cooked Filipino style pork belly with calamansi juice, oyster and soy sauce, onions and garlic. It was one of the most delicious pork bellies ever. It literally melted in my mouth.     Такое количество специй в одну кучу это пародия на какой либо вкус или запах вообще.... Зачем столько? Реклама компаний, привозящих специи из. Дальних стран?
