San Diego has this new Udon noodles restaurant called MARUGAME UDON
located in the UTC mall by Macys.
They have varieties of noodles dishes and tempuras. The line is long yet it goes by very fast. I waited for 20 minutes on a Saturday lunch time. They take your order once you are at the noodle section and pay at the counter. Seatings are first come first serve.
