It's understandable for Pool Managers to ask for a key card or something if they haven't seen you before. I've had a lot of friends who would hop pool gates, beach gates. It's something that happens. The problem is that this guy took it way too far by calling the cops, and even after she proved that she belongs there by having the key card turn green- he still refused to apologize or show any human decency about making this woman feel uncomfortable in a place she's paying to live at. She gave you a way out by asking you for an apology, you brought this on yourself Pool Patrol Paul.

I think that anybody that calls the police on asinine situations that they believe to be a big deal such as this situation like these should be flagged and monitored by police and after so many should have to take a class on real life danger situations and have to have a mental evaluation done the police is for emergencies not because someone didn’t have a pool pass

A volunteer position he's not paid for. Said he usually has to ask about 4 people a season to leave because they don't live there and he said he's never based it on race. (I'd imagine he may have only dealt with white people). She may be first person of color he's ever had to deal with. He did say because of the rain/storm the previous day, the sign up sheet wasn't out.

The fact that his LAWYER had to make a statement about how "terrible" he feels while he remains silent is just ridiculous.
