“It’s like getting the Tri-Force in Zelda”…best comment I’ve heard in a long time. These guys are so great, I would love to see what they can do for a video game soundtrack.

When you said that it's like 5 songs in one you were correct. It's divided between multiple parts that are exactly 30 seconds each and each has a completely different vibe. From the nylon at the beginning, through Tim's thumping, Scott's solo followed by his thumping and then Steve's solo. The focus is always at one of them as the location changes, every time it's someone else sitting on the throne. First Tim in the white room, then Scott in the warehouse and finally Steve on the rooftop. This song is the last song on the album and if I understood correctly it's supposed to be a mix of everything they've done up until now but anyone can correct me if I'm wrong about that. Absolutely incredible piece of music. They've outdone themselves again.

Youre absolutely right! Have you noticed that with every part, They move 1 floor higher in the building. until they reach the top, where steve vai is waiting for them? Super nice Detail

And all basically without ever changing the chord progression. Amazing how they can take one chord progression and have it sound so different over and over.

Thanks for the great and entertaining reaction! New sub here. Thanks also for asking us to spread the word about Polyphia. I've seen them open for BTBAM and several other bands over the last decade and I'm so glad that they are finally being more widely appreciated.

Polyphia is the most incredible band! There are so many moments in every one of their songs that I feel in my entire body and it changes the creature that I am for a moment in time. I don't know what it is, but they do something to me. I had the ultimate pleasure of seeing them live at the Vinyl in Pensacola, 4 days ago and I'm still trying to relive every second in my memory. My son turned me on to them about a year ago. I will forever be that crazy mom in the front row.

It's funny how they weren't that big a few years ago, and now Tim Henson is literally the best guitarist on earth with Tobin Abasi :D On modern guitar ofc, and nothing taken off from Polyphia as band, they are all awesome.
