You couldnt be more WRONG INCORRECT OR INACCURATE!! That is foolishness and he realized nothing of the kind because he did not. This traffic stop was for registration irregularities and that alone. The window tint comment from the officer was conversation observation. So that smile was meaningless. As everyone knows she had no authority there, a state attorney has no authority with ANY law enforcement agency or action including this one. Here are the facts this traffic stop was absolutely lawful in every single detail.

Here are the facts, that policeman was NOT concerned with her in the slightest. As everyone knows she had no authority there, a state attorney has no authority with ANY law enforcment agency or action including this one. What was expected of her was compliance and comply she did and politely at that. The officer required her I D which she submitted to him and after he examined her document and found her to be legal he then freed her to depart ending this lawful traffic stop then and there. This traffic stop was absolutly lawful in every single detail.

Maize N Blue it isn’t an issue if legality. Cops operate within the law all the time yet harass black people endlessly. Especially if this incident went on their permanent records. Racism doesn’t pay

ordinary bruh- nice to know the mind reading race police are on this case, yet your crystal ball didn't reveal that her personal vehicle doesn't have state tags (which WOULD show up in their system)? Her tag came back with nothing because she is a State's Attorney. The tag is blocked out because of her position. Try looking her up on property appraiser website and I'll bet nothing comes up, yet it's very likely she owns a home. They block info to protect law enforcement figures, politicians, etc (they do this for police officers as well). And BTW, cops harass PEOPLE endlessly, pretty much part of their job description. Just because a black person is pulled over, doesn't make it profiling. However, accusing police of profiling every time a black person is pulled over, is profiling...
