On this Episode 6 of BAJA RZR project. WILLY completes the removal of excess sheet metal not needed for the body swap using the #Wonderblade 4 ½” ToughGrit Diamond angle grinder blade. Making the 1970 VW Bug body fit on the stretched Polaris RZR XP 900 chassis. Can he do it? Will it work? We’ll have to see….

Its coming along sir i picked up a 99 honda crv to lift and build into a off road buggy this summer the 5 speed and awd should be fun i know it needs a clutch it slipped all the way in the trailer

@@DIYWilly 4 inch lift 31 exoskeleton push bumpers rock sliders then maybe turbo the k24 keep it cheap under 10k can't wait tell warmer weather
