Welcome to my walkthrough series of Pokemon Stadium! In this playthrough, I will cover the gameplay of all the Pokemon Stadium Cups (including Pokemon Stadium R2): Gym Leader Castle, Poke Cup, Prime Cup, Pika Cup, Petit Cup, and the final showdown against Mewtwo: the final boss of this game! I really hope you enjoy this Pokemon Stadium no commentary series.

Now it's time to take over the Petit Cup,an intermediate-level cup. The restrictions include a level restriction, where the Pokémon can be only between level 25 and 30, with a combined total on the three-Pokémon battle team of no more than 80.
No Pokémon that can not be obtained before or between these levels are allowed either, and Mew is also restricted. Evolved Pokémon are disallowed as well. There is also a height and weight restriction, as Pokémon must be shorter than 6'8" (2m) and lighter than 44 lbs (20 kg) to compete.
With these restrictions, only 45 Pokémon are able to be used in the Petit Cup.

I'm playing Pokemon Stadium on Nintendo Switch Online and I used the team in the video. It helped me a lot.

Thats the effect of Bide: It retaliates with double the damage the pokemon received.
Yeah, I remember this one. Is the easiest cup in the entire game. You can even cheat the COM at battle 3 just by switching your pokémon to Gastly up to 2 times, since the 3rd time won't work... Playing this cup with my own pokémon were so funny and even easier!

Thank you for sharing your experience with this cup! I agree that it may be one of the easier cups in the game, but it's still a lot of fun to play with your own Pokemon. As for the Gastly trick, I didn't know that! Thanks for the tip, I'll have to try it out next time. Have a great day!
This is like the exact team I use to beat Petit cup. I’m pretty sure it was recommend by the Prima Strategy guide.

I made this team on my own after analyzing the opponents the player must face in this cup. Didn’t knew it was already stable she’s in the guide. Pretty sure that guide must have some differences with what I offer here, tho.
Amazing how you went six straight battles without losing a Pokemon.
