Plyometrics are a great way to train your muscle strength by using a combination of speed and force. These exercises are not a replacement to strength training, but are very popular in Taekwondo because they mostly target the legs. In this week's video, we're demonstrating three of our favorite plyometric exercises that should help you excel in Taekwondo sparring.
