Plyometric Jump Workout to Help Increase Vertical | The Lost Breed

Here are four key plyometric exercises to increase your explosiveness and improve your jumping ability. Do this workout 3-4 times a week to see maximum results:
1) 5 Point Drill (Dot Drill) - 3 Sets 20 Seconds each
2) Single Leg Box Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps (each leg)
3) Depth Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps
4) Lateral Box Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps (each side)

Kudos for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning how to dunk like a total badass without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker finally got great success with it.

How long you think it take to see improvement IK everyone is different but I been doing ploymetrics for about 7 weeks straight 3x morning, and it necessary to stack as much you can on those box? Sometime I feel like it take away when you land on a box looking like your doing a deep squat

For the box Jump one. instead can i like jump on my bench cos i don’t have anything to jump onto. but the bench is kinda easy. idk. ima find something
would you use this as a workout itself? or use it to finish you leg workout?

i just purchased the flight school program, its a pdf file of a basic powerpoint formation containing a 6 weeks workout program, unlike the videos on the youtube channel it doesn't explain what are the exercises or how to properly perform them, the information in the file is inclusive, its simply a table of workouts it lacks educational videos and photos explaining the workouts. the bonus leg workout seems to be included last minute and briefly list sorts of leg workouts. i got really excited and motivated watching the youtube videos and was eager to purchase the so hyped program to increase my vertical jump, i know its only $30 but I'm very disappointed as i don't know what any of these exercises are how how to correctly perform them. I'm not saying this to hate on them or be negative, I'm just saying you can find the same workout routines on youtube for free.

You can gain inches on your own but it won't really be as using weights but do these workouts and other plyometric workouts and see how it goes

i 5'9 can jump 10 inches or so, weight=65kg. how long would it take to add 12 inches to my vert using this drill 3 times per week?

you cant be sure, everyone's bodies will react differently to the same things. if you do have jumping ability it will work if you dont thats life..
I do your explosive jump workout every single day and my vert is about 48 inch

How many inches would you expect from doing this workout 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Ive been doing plyos pretty consistently for the past few months(different workout) and do legs twice a week(hypertrophy)
...and gravity?

I'm pretty sure box jumps aren't plyometric, but I may be wrong.
Any one tested out the Nobaskeron Secrets (do a google search)? I've heard several awesome things about this popular training program.
I tried this workout and my vertical decreased 5 inches!

I think you mean "Increased" because none of this can decrease your Vertical. It's made to only add inches to your vertical
