Mine doesn't want to turn on after I reapplyied thermal paste.All I did was remove the stuff to get to the cpu,add paste and redo everything.Cant be that my psu is dead

i ws ja on last night i tried unplugging for 30 min and the disc one nd mine doesent work😊

They are trying to strong arm is into buying a Ps5 he’s not lying though. These things aren’t built to last they just want ya money for the newer model.

I took mine apart to clean it and now it stays on for a few seconds and cuts off

Okay question, my ps4 turns on flashes blue, can hear it power up will even take a disk or eject the disk all sounds fine but the blue light just flashes blue and no signal on the tv so turns off. I can’t get it to connect to tv so turns off and I can’t get safe mode to work either with just wont beep the second time it’s not even that old

My ps4 will show the blue light then it will turn off and sometimes while playing it it just completely turns off

What I did was take something like scissors and slid it from left to right in the spot where the cd goes and it turned on. I don’t know why but that’s how mines turned on

Last year on March 13th this happened to me I cleaned the fan and heat sync and it started working again same thing happened this morning I did the same thing as last time but this time my ps4 didn't turn on

common sense...It's called June 2024 because the tips still work. The PS4 hasn't changed, so the same fixes should help. If they don't work, maybe your PS4 has a different problem or it's broken.

Did you try kitty liter ? Or wash it off ? lol... And how's the cat, it's ok ? Cat puke/hair ball on the outside of a playstation shouldn't kill it in my opinion lol. If it somehow got inside, then you need to physically clean it. Imagine how well a laser works with dirty glass.
