I used to show the gifts as part of ' @The Chateau Diaries ' episodes, but you're all so very generous that we have many gifts, and if we spent the episodes opening them, we wouldn't be able to show you other aspects of chateau life! So, for those of you who enjoy watching presents being opened, and as a way to thank those of you who were kind enough to send them, I've made this new channel. Every week we will film your beautiful gifts whilst enjoying afternoon tea or aperitif together.
It is very important to me that you know that we in no way expect anyone to send us gifts. I would like to go further than that and add that, if doing so will put you in any financial difficulty whatsoever, please, please do not send us anything. Knowing that you join us by watching 'The Chateau Diaries' gives us all an enormous boost. But for those of you who have sent these incredibly thoughtful gifts, I hope that seeing us open them gives you a fraction of the joy that you've given us 💖💖💖
If you would like to see more of our life at the chateau, please go to our main 'Chateau Diaries' channel:

I think many viewers would love to see Michael at Lalande. Judging by his many gifts and poems, he seems to be a kind and very interesting gentleman. He would fit right in at Lalande.
Gregor the gargoyle
I'm going to miss this vlog very much. It makes me so happy to watch it. There are so many kind and generous people. The Chateau Diaries are just wonderful to watch.
Coming from a sad family I absolutely adore your family ❤
After Cadeaux is off the air I will really miss Michael's poems!

Maybe she’ll start a new channel just for his poems ✌🏼
I love Mummy and Percy!
Prayers for Percy's recovered health!

Is he ok? I did not know he was sick
Yes, I like the name, Gregor, for the gargoyle. I loved this caddeau. The gifts are amazing. Micheal's poems are always so enjoyable.❤❤❤
Lovely gifts! And the cushion covers! The donor who created them could sell them and get very good prices indeed! The cartoon of Mummy racing off on the mower is one of my favourite gifts ever! Thank you for the video! Love to everyone and very special wishes to the amazing volunteers!
Your mother’s tunic/dress(?) is a wow! It is beautiful on her. Best from Boston.
Use the broken china in a mosaic, maybe table top in the garden, or stepping stones … or even jewelry! Or fix it with the Japanese method Kintsugi … 😁

I was thinking exactly the same. Maybe a small bistro table in the courtyard with the top covered in broken blue and white China mosaic would be appropriate particularly if paired with two blue and white cushions for the seats.
Beautiful Gifts Again. The Cushion Covers are Wonderful Xx 😊😘
Michael is so creative and generous, he is a gem! And that necklace! Stunning! (I cannot write stunning or beautiful without hearing Stephanie's or Philip's enunciation for these exclamations.).
Oh those cushions. Again thank you for the love and laughter
Another fun cadeaux. Stephanie, I would love a curtain sewing tutorial from you, pretty please.😅
Love both your dresses today, however mummies just pips the post . Gorgeous.
Gamury the gargoyle, seeing as he has the same guns as Amury 😅😊
In this often not so kind world, it it a pleasure to visit this page where people are showing their true kindness and love. I also appreciate how the authentic ability to be gracious is exemplified. Many people can take some cues from what happens here and learn some life lessons on how to spread joy, love, kindness and grace. The charity donations are spreading all of the positives to ensure others in need are not forgotten. This is how it's done for anyone needing some life lessons.
The earrings and necklace are absolutely beautiful! Michael has such exquisite taste. Beautiful gifts from everyone.
Maybe someone might be able to make a small mosaic from the broken china... ❤
Broken china is great as jewelry. I have some such jewelry or put in cement as stepping stones or a seat top.
I think you should hide statues and the gargoyle along the paths in the forest and make it like a scavenger hunt.
Oh my those bags are beautiful such a wonderful ideal ❤
Wonderful gifts! Those earings and the necklace. I think it goes very well with the green dress!
Michael, you are awesome!!!! 🩵🩵🩵
Gorgeous cushion covers, wow, those birds 😊
I think that type of glass from Nancy is called "carnival glass".

🥀🍃 Whatever happened to the plan to put your father’s tiles up in the kitchen?💚

Same thing that happened to all the renovation work. Travel and shopping were priorities. ✌🏼

I believe she mentioned it in an earlier patreon video. It's just delayed as the chapel and the grand salon structure has much higher priority than a decorative tile wall. The design was completed by Steve from Manor and Maker and she just has to prioritise.
I too would love a sewing class - especially your beautiful tapestry coat you wore in Venice.I have found a pattern but unfortunately having trouble finding the material. I will have to have a search on my visit to London. Loving all your positivity .It sets me up for the day watching while I am on my treadmill !!!
Marvelous custom poem,Michael!
Gus the gargoyle, you have received some beautiful gift's once again.💕🌼🤗
the gargoyle looks like a Kazimierz (short Kazik) or Stanislaw ( short Stashek) both names of Polish kings :D Or maybe Henry (Heniek)
Just watching you all together just makes my heart happy. I thank you for that.
Gargoyle..Eeek!
**I think the gargoyle should be named Max Love because your channel, your family and friends share the Maximum Love with everyone. Thank you SO MUCH❤
Legal esse gargula 👍👍
My favourite is also seeing 2 or 10 around the table in the kitchen!
Beautiful gifts again.
Hello from Mid-Missouri, US...I lived in LA for 11 years and stayed at the Madonna Inn on several occasions. It was a hoot! I loved it. Thanks for showing the photos.

I remember there used to be acolour of wall-paint called "Madonna Pink" ,as used in the inn. That would be in the 70s..... t was an extreme pink!
Your new gargoyle....perhaps Griswold or Gray? Both are of the Old English meaning: to shine (from within). He is not a Michael, Percy, Amaury, Tonton or Gerry....he looks fierce but that's his "façade". On the inside, his heart is golden, his mind is sharp, his spirit that of a warrior and his character is truth in all things.
The kitchen cushion covers are WOW SO well made and perfection!
Did Stephanie actually say the chicken feed bag purse was “eggcellent”? 😂
Gargoyles are protectors of the home! But so misunderstood nowadays due to being featured in horror movies. They are scary looking in order to scare away even the devil himself! 😆

Personally I would park him by the chicken🐔 coops.
Great recycling of feed bags, I have a hog feed bag I use for groceries. No more plastic bags used for groceries.
❤ the gargoyle and all the very special and creative gifts ❤
Lovely chair covers
I love your glasses Isabelle!
I too am from the Tampa Bay area. Love from Florida
Love to you all at La Lande, Dear Stephanie, you started a “- spread love and kindness” revolution. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Argo ! ❤
Devil May Care 😂
Voting for a 🚪! 😊
Wonderful gifts! ❤
I agree He will be lovely in the vegetable garden
Lord of the Flies
I just enjoy the videos, I am so happy you can keep up with Mother and Mr. Percy. I hope one day they will stay put.
Maybe you could do a kitchen camo mosaic with the broken dishes for a garden table top?
That was fun, loved the gargoyle lol
My suggestion for a name for the little garden protector (gargoyle?)..."OLIVER"- Popular baby name of Latin origin meaning “nature loving” or “love of nature”; relates to the olive tree.
Michael is so generous! All the gifts are lovely from your viewers.
Grimoire
Gary the gargoyle ❤
The ladies look beautifull in there lovely dresses. Beautifull gifts as well!
Good evening from the SF Bay Area. I was so occupied in the new garden/patio in my little condo/chateau that I didn't see your cadeau hours ago. Nice to see you all and loads of love to you. And yes, topaz is beautiful!
Would the crystal tray work to hold your perfume bottles?
Wow, everything is beautiful, from the toile de joui seat cushions to the jewelry and more! Thanks for showing content of the good and beautiful things humans can do. Also, a very happy Pride month to all who celebrate! My no. 3 kid came out as nonbinary (at age 11) and I recently gave them my sewing machine to add to their artistic explorations. The inclusiveness of your blogs means a lot.
If he weren't so heavy, I would call him Waldo & invite people to hide him throughout the forest (in plain sight) or grounds (chicken pen) I know Waldo has a different name in UK🇬🇧 but I don't know if he has an equivalent in France🇫🇷
I think the gargoyle could be in the forest, guarding the bridge.
hello to all
❤ from 🇨🇦
Wow some people are so kind 💗💗💗💗
Perceval the gargoyle.
I think Gary the gargoyle would be a good name for him
Angel of Light
you could do a mosiac out of the damaged pieces or do kintsugi
Percy seems to be not his usual self, his voice is very hoarse. I hope you get better soon .
Perhaps Ed nal al...the gargoyle. That's Lalande spelt backwards...It brings to mind something medieval, mysterious, magical & a protector, with the bonus of having a connection to Lalande. ...Perhaps Glam the Gargoyle...short for glamorous. Great vlog. 🙏💖
Aaah I want him LOve them
The patron Saint for architects is Thomas xx
Bonjour to you all. Really nice vlog, always fun and interesting as well. I dont understand exactly what is the reason to stop opening the gifts that you will get after the first of June publicly - it is so fun not only for us but I guess it is fun for those who send them to see your reaction. Sad.
Hello friends
Olesia is a name that means protector in Polish .Branislav or Branko is a strong Slavic name meaning protector or defense is a classic Slavic male name
Gregory the Gargoyle
Little question - are there any parts of the chateau just closed off and unrenovated yet? It would be nice to hear about your plans and timeline for next projects inside and outside.

Yes in what would have been the servants quarters upstairs. She has only showed a room maybe two right off the stairs going to them because the floors are not completely safe. It would have been in like her 3-6 months video if you look back. Now I also watch like 25 chateau channels but I just remember her referencing the wallpaper that was found to be original throughout the chateau.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would call that gargoyle 'Rudigert' the loving protector of the Lalande gardens!
Gargamel. ☘️☘️☘️
🏰The gargoyle's name is Henric, the Great, after my five year-old grandson, who can be sweet as honey but always follows the beat of his own drum. A born leader and fierce protector of his two year-old sister, Evie. 🌺
Georgie the gargoyle
Gargoyle name. Argus (Greek) “vigilant guardian”
Gordon the gargoyle
Gregory the gargoyle
Can you glue the broken yellow glass to make a vase for the table?
Gordon the gargoyle 😂
Beaufort!
I'm thinking he looks like a Gregory. Gregory gargoyle.
I wish you hadn’t said he had arms like Amaury, because my first thought was with that pose the gargoyle looks like he’s pole dancing 😂😂😂 My husband says his name should be Gary but I’m leaning towards Mike - as in Magic. 😂😂😂 ❤️🇨🇦
Hiya Lovlies Thankyou for sharing. Since you asked re the Gargoyle and his name GOLLAM is my thought. Blessings luv Ontario Canada 🐝🇨🇦
You could make a teapot stand or drink coasters with the broken china. ?? Mosaic
Garrolous Gustav the gargoyle ( his talkative nature only reveals itself to those who deeply listen to the natural world)
