But as a Scandinavian person I could understand where she wanted to go with the wrath design. We're not huge on bows in general in Scandinavia.

She's been busy producing all sorts of culinary delights. ☕From the rich🍫hot chocolate to that scrumptious pasta feast🍲. She seems quite content to nurture ppl with her wizardry.💋 😮 Also in awe of Mandy & her mad skills with fresh pasta. 💪It is quite a feat to conquer that roller. (😣My sheets have never turned out so uniform or beautiful.) 👏👏👏 🤗Fresh spinach pasta with pesto sauce is my all-time favorite combination. 🎄Festive for Christmas too.

Looks like some kind of a 📸celebrity ought to be in residence @ the spirited 🏰Chateau LaLande⛲. 😉 Marie has the strictest standards for floristry -- esp. @ Yuletide🎄. Amusing how such a sweet, gentle, & artistic soul has a backbone of steal. 🐴Stubborn as an ox when it comes to her vision. 🍵Very entertaining to see all their antics together with her in the stable.

Wow! The wreath was glorious, but I'm amazed at all the greenery surrounding Lalande at this time! Such vibrancy!

The wreath is gorgeous, and the pesto looks delish! Chateau full of talented people.

What a beautiful wreath Marie. Glad there are no bows to detract from the natural decorations. However, I do think a bit of that green ribbon to hide the string or whatever is holding it onto the top of the gate would look nice. As a Pagan, I always say thank you to the 🌲 for kindly giving us their branches and foliage, gratitude is so important. Feel for you Philip with the nut allergy, I have a daughter who is severely nut allergic. My heart was in my mouth when Cat added the almond milk!

to me it is the best on tv i am a very busy women but i take time once a day to watch this show i just wish it was every day and 1 hour a day it is so interesting.

I must be the only person to agree with Marie. The wreath is beautiful au naturelle without plastic additions.

I’m with you. Although I love red bows, especially at Christmas, I think a red bow would detract from the natural simplicity of Marie’s lovely wreath and the subtle color of red berries, orange slices, and pine cones. Plus, those lights really kick it up a notch.

As you gathered pine bows I kept thinking, “I hope they don’t get pine sap on their beautiful coats and gloves.”

Having these vlogs every day is wonderful so thank you Stephanie for the massive amount of effort you are putting in for us to enjoy them. Sadly, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have withdrawal symptoms after they're done while Stephanie will need to recuperate. 🎄❄🤶🎅 🎁🎄❤

Marie has worked her magic and produced one of the best wreaths I have seen. Just one red bow is needed though please Marie. Even the sheep were awed by the wreath & the carol singing. One of the things I enjoy most about life is people and all their opinions. It would be so boring if we all thought the same. So even though I’ve never been a “less is more” person and I love red bows at Christmas, I think Marie’s naturalistic wreath is perfect the way it is and a big red bow would detract from the quiet beauty of the red berries, orange slices, and pine cones. But that’s just me, the me that adores all things chocolate, whether drinking it or dipping bread in it, and all things LaLande🤗 Such a perfect ending singing around the wreath with the sheep looking on. Happy tears...

You do know that you can step through that wreath and get to other planets in different universes !

I loved last years advent videos but also love these very different ones. Covid has been awful but it seems to have increased the sense of community at Lalande & is a joy to watch. Such talented & lovely people working together in harmony. Also, great wreath Marie. I wouldn't add a red or golden bow but rather a big one in sacking or better still made out of curled wood bark (birch for example).

I have been in North Carolina about 13 years now and won't return to New Jersey ..love where I'm at... There was a Phelps brother who moved to Maryland in the 1960's soo there is the possibility of relatives.
