This is an gambit I've faced rarely. I saw a game with Hikaru with it a long time ago. I thought Black had chances for some tricks here, but as white I never really feared it since I knew Nb5. I thought Black had enough for quality at least in the mainline, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for refreshing me on this gambit and bringing back some ideas for me to play this as Black or White. You've saved 1. d4 once again 😆

Can you give us a video about the Kopec system with e4, c5, Nf3, d6, Bd3! I saw Magnus even play this against Alireza when he played e6 instead of d6! Super interesting opening for white.

    Good timing! I had a bad loss against the b5 line which I saw for the first time last week. Would love to see how you handle the annoying Wesley So line 1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nf3 c5 5. cxd5 cxd4 6. Qxd4 exd5
