Depends on growth, whenever your hair is young, use soft, when it starts to grow and you manage to start having deep waves, turn to medium/hard

better than a zip lock bag is a chip bag...eat the chips, then flip the bag inside out...wash it...and use the bag...i promise you its 10xs better than the regular ziploc bag and it has to do with the type of plastic that is used on a chip bag....thank me later
