I purchased the Bluetooth headset and came to each and every person’s video but No one tells you that you have to buy the charging case separately NOR tell you how to charge the headphone without the charging case SMDH 😩🙄 Like this defeats the purpose uuggghhhh

I bought one of these things which cost over 80 Euro. During the first 4 - 6 months it failed, failure characteristics were: Loss of bluetooth connection, difficulty in reconnecting, tunnel voice. reverberation and voice loss during conversations. Still under warranty I sent it to The Nederland for repair. They replaced it with a reconditioned one..........YES a SECOND HAND ONE. This also failed within the first week with the same issues. Now, 5 days later they are asking what the failure characteristics were...........RIDICULOUS Perhaps they should mention in their warranty papers that if the device fails it will be replaced with a SECOND HAND ONE??? Now the SECOND replacement has arrived, a Legend of inferior quality specification AND cost.......
