Quick thought. I do think this review is the first to be done after the firmware updates. They did promise higher microphone volume transmitted to other end, I do notice that a bit as well. Not alot but enough for me no longer to strain

I had the legend for 3 years and just bought this set. Can you program the buttons? The Siri button used to be at the back of the boom and it’s now on the side which is difficult to find.

I have a question regarding the sound of the microphone. I have seen other videos where a person is talking while there is a fan very close or a blender or barking dogs. Does this ambient sound suppression come by default or does it have to be configured? I ask this question because my intention is to use this product inside a room where there isn't even much reverberation. No excessive noise, I wanted to know if the sound of the microphone could be further improved.

How does is charge without the case? Does it use usb cable ? Where is the charging port?

My USB dongle is flashing purple? and sometimes it flashes blue. The volume gets adjusted somehow

What is the best why to charge my Voyager 5200? I just purchased it and i charged it for the first time with my iphone's wall adaptor. Just got the charging case , it does not seem to get a full charge

Christopher LaFreniere excellent question! This video was not shot using Skype; I was using a program called X-Split, and it had been having syncing issues on that particular machine. Never actually seen a syncing issue using Skype for Business.

That's a TCP/IP issue. It's rarely a mic or headset issue unless you have really low-end garbage for hardware.

One thing I noticed straight away is when you changed to the 5200, your voice is totally out of sync! But sound is good.

The 5200 has a much better mic. I had wanted a stereo set with a good mic but the 5200 is clearly better if your audience is struggling to hear you.

How do you make it speak

I bought one of these things which cost over 80 Euro. During the first 4 - 6 months it failed, failure characteristics were: Loss of bluetooth connection, difficulty in reconnecting, tunnel voice. reverberation and voice loss during conversations. Still under warranty I sent it to The Nederland for repair. They replaced it with a reconditioned one..........YES a SECOND HAND ONE. This also failed within the first week with the same issues. Now, 5 days later they are asking what the failure characteristics were...........RIDICULOUS Perhaps they should mention in their warranty papers that if the device fails it will be replaced with a SECOND HAND ONE???

Sorry to hear about your experiences. My original device has been rock solid ever since I created this video, and it is still used a couple time per week to this day. I would definitely vouch for the device with my experience, but I am sorry to hear how yours has gone...

I purchased the Bluetooth headset and came to each and every person’s video but No one tells you that you have to buy the charging case separately NOR tell you how to charge the headphone without the charging case SMDH 😩🙄 Like this defeats the purpose uuggghhhh
