Thanks, pushing and holding the call end button was the trick for me. A quick search brought me here and saved me some time. That little tiny button on the mic boom is the voice recognition button, but it never worked for me. I called Plantronics and it turns out thats not even the right button for voice command (even though when you push it, it tells you to say a command!), you have to push and hold the call end button, the same button you push and hold for pairing, but for a shorter time until you hear a tone, that opens up google assistant. Even then, you cant give it too much info, more than the first name and its confused. I tested it with "office", I have 2 office numbers, I have to say call office, then tell it the two name office name...by that time I could have scrolled the contacts and done it myself! Hands free made easy...not!

this is a good headset you may have to update it but it will work great after update. I owned mine for a year before I had to update.

I was not given all my equipment with my headset I have no case or anything else other than the headset I cannot charge it by just plugging it into the wall I don't have a stand I don't have anything can you please send me what I need for my headset

you'll need the charging case. The way it works is that the headset goes into the charging case and the usb cable plugs into the charging case to charge both the case and the headset.

I use to pair it but I forgot how to as it was paired with my old phone and it was not saved with my new phone so I totally forgot how to as I'm using it after about some 5 months
