Thank you very much! The guides I was reading did not mention this and I was starting to get really frustrated. I was helping my father pair it with an Iphone 6 and we couldn't figure out what was wrong until this video. The way my father reacted after we were successfully able to pair the device, you would think I just told him I had won a million dollars. Crazy. Once again, thank you.

I had no idea that there is a call button

Thank you, out of may LONG videos I watched on reviews of the Plantronics headset, not one showed how to pair. This video was short and to the point. Thank you again, I now easily paired two devices.

You saved the day. We had lost any instructions we had, got a new phone and couldn't pair it.

AT&T sent out replacement phones (because they will soon deactivate 3G which supports the old ones) for those of us with a death grip on our flip phones. They had no clue how to help with pairing the new phones to my Plantronics headset. Your video solved the mystery. So grateful for this!

Thanks man. got a plantronics explorer 50 and the manual says to turn on the headset, turn on bluetooth and the iPhone will find it. No mention at all to hold the button for five secs. Did that and it paried right away. Thanks!

Thank you so much! The instructions that my headset came with did not say anything about holding the button for 5 seconds. It just says that pairing will automatically begin when you turn on the headset, which did not work at all. I've been trying to connect for weeks. Your instructions are different than the manuel's, but your instructions actually worked. Thank you for posting this video!

Thanks for the tips. The manual was completely useless. Without this step my Galaxy A50 would not find the M70 at all.

If the no light is visible after power on then probably the battery is dead

i have 4.1 bt phone and 2.1 bt platanics it doesn't show up on the bt menu

plantronics voyager 835 the charger port does not fit did this happen to anyone

Make sure that the headset is in pairing mode then on your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is on. If you can't turn on Bluetooth or you see a spinning gear, restart your iPhone. Then try to pair and connect it again.
