This is Desi / Local Method. Dominos uses Canned Tomato Sauce and Adds Olive Oil and Mix of dried herbs, Sugar, and salt in it. and That's all. No Cooking what so ever.

Looks more like tamatar chutney

i'm not a person who can digest tomato products in large quantities and therefore don't like them: but, i must say. overcooking them may have made them squishy enough to be put in a blender and turned to paste a fine paste like shown. i'm sure you could also hand turn them into paste given that fact.

Have to love it when people write with the same accent they speak with. I once worked with a couple of Mexican girls. They were studying for their citizenship test. They used to ask me for help with English sometimes. They also used to teach me Spanish. One day I had to laugh as I had to explain the difference between kitchen and key chain. why?

I worked at dominoes and that is not how they make their pizza sauce because they don’t make their pizza sauce the pizza sauce comes in big plastic jugs. Because Domino’s wants all their pizza sauce to taste exactly the same so they make it somewhere else and they ship it to you in big plastic jugs.

They don’t make dough either, or grate cheese, or cut veggies, etc etc. everything comes on a sisco truck a few times a week. Pizza at dominos is assembled, not made. It’s corporate trash.

I do tomato paste adds an extra layer of flavor, also if your tomato's are not ripe like the ones he is using you'll need it to get the taste right
