I was in the Amalfi Coast, in village of Bomero, located in the upper hills above Conca dei Marini at the Hotel Due Torri, where I was treated to a pizza making demonstration, which also turned into an unexpected hands-on lesson! This town is located right next to Naples, which is the birthplace of pizza, so you know they know what they’re doing!
I think I’m ready for the big time now, anyone want to partner up and start a pizza place with me?
