As an Italian American from New Jersey, the pizzas being cut into 11 slices hurts my brain...
Walking into a pizza shop asking for a Combo in my eyes just means your walking out with some sort of drink or desert with your Pizza. On a per shop basis, Combo could mean combining the two most popular recipe pizza's they sell into a single pizza. Just looking up the ingredients on your pizza will tell you the recipe name of it... any shop calling it by another name is just trying to be unique or have their take on it.

3:45 Wait what? Is Joe saying that "combo" means "multiple toppings"? Or it's just the "supreme"? Either way, that's utter nonsense! There's names for each set of toppings! Meat lovers'; Canadian; Vegetarian; Hawaiian; etc. And then there's the "build your own". As for the "it means supreme" option, why would "combination of toppings" mean "supreme" when there are so many other possible "combinations".

Combination/Supreme is pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, peppers, and onions, minimum. I've seen jalapenos, olives, garlic, and other toppings on top of those, but it's always at least those five.

29:00 So Lindsay was given 7 points straight-up... and decided to refuse those. They were NOT winning the 10s, so that slice alone was 2 points only when eaten. Same with 3 points on the 11. The 9 was still in contention, but 2 points there would have been safe. But no. 0 was the decision taken... P.S: That's not chaos, it's just dumb. Chaos is what Fredo did.

As a Canadian on the east coast living in a place that has the most pizza places per capita in the world, we always call pizza with green peppers mushrooms and pepperoni combo pizza. You'd ask for a combo slice at the store every time.
