Looks scrumptious! Can it be baked in an 18 cup pound cake pan? If so, are the baking instructions the same? Starting on 350 degrees then lowering to 325 degrees for the duration? I’ve not been successful in baking a Pineapple Poundcake, seems too moist. I’ll try it your way and see what happens. As always, thank you for sharing!!!

Love anything with pineapple in it. Love pineapple sandwiches. I grew up in GA until I got married. A lot of the church functions had pineapple sandwiches. And banana sandwiches. That pound cake looks incredible.
