@@JoannePimentel Pineapple dessert - Dad and I used to make a similar dessert using double (heavy) cream, and cottage cheese for the texture as well as the mild, delicate cheese taste. We also always added a handful of chopped, shredded coconut with the pineapple or other suitable fruit (eg. peaches, mangoes, pears). Thanks for the memory!

Mostly dad jogged down things and if you want to know how to tastefully kill yourself you do it over long term with artery clogging sugar which by the way cancer cells thrive with. I don't buy sugar but once pt twice a year I indulge. Dad, had five heart attacks but lived to 82 or 83. Your son will remember such times with you. Actually watching this video reminded me and have ,e a grin and chuckle so thumbs up to the son as well, thanks kid.

The million dollar pie, has more than one fruit in it; as well as nuts etc. The recipes is, the same though. It's absolutely delicious. 😋

I would sprinkle coconut shavings on top....maybe add some sliced bananas in the middle... this looks really yummy
