This is a brief tutorial of our studio's Pinan 5 traditional form. This is our blue belt form and I have broken it down step by step for my students to review. I do not go into full detail because I save that for teaching classes and private lessons. This is the same Pinan 5 as ours . We are old school tkd and we do okinawan forms. Good job . Our history of this form comes from Ki Wang Kim . Very well respected man . RIP
Must be a Korean approach.. this barely conforms with the Heian Traditional Japanese Shotokan kata. Can you Bunkai this kata based on what you’re demonstrating?
