This man is amazing! I'm 48yo and I can't do 1 of the things he does in training. Thinking about it, maybe he's normal, it's me who isn't. It's not an obsession it means living with RIGOR and RESPECT FOR YOURSELF. Martial arts teach this, its real strength is in the mentality, in the situality. I see people physically strong but mentally WEAK, playing "warriors", strong in body but with a weak mind. It is the mental strength that counts, the "KI" that flows in you, allows you to have the RIGOR and the VITALITY necessary to be like him. It's within us that we must seek to find the strength, THEY ARE NOT Zen bullshit, it's all true! You can see the energy flowing in this Master.

many martial schools throughout the world is still very loyal to martial arts despite being poor. they still struggle to keep school open with extra business i guess. like in US, they have martial arts schools for kids lol babysit kids? lol. In Japan, they have some kind of restaurants and bar business. In china, dance performance, boxing performance? .

The man treats his tools with respect. 🙏 He said," he gives them back here" after using the hand grips & gently keeps them on its place. Shows the character & humility of this man 🙏

What was most impressive was the standing up ab roller routine he did. Being in his 60s and doing that is just so impressive. Nice job
Excellent, very inspiring. Talks and presents so lovely, with modesty, revealing the hard edges of self-discipline and how he tackles them. May we blessed with many more mentors like him and have much more of him for long healthy life. God bless you.
I've tried the ab roller before and it is so hard to do. I can barely do a few on my knees. When I saw him show the standing version, that is some insane strength!

Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

This man is an absolute beast the way he is training. And a very friendly guy.
His form might not be perfect for some exercises, but besides that the training is amazing. Simply maintaining a hold on so few finger for that duration is impressive and as he said for his own goals and at his age even some incomplete form exercises are definitely amazing.

This grandpa is really honest with his workouts with positive fun ways to say it facts, 10 reps beginning of chinups obviously it will go smoothly, i find it funny the way he says it with positive ways, looks he is really enjoying his hobby. No stress bui, very down to earth minded. I would hire him as my trainer. 😂

He was easily breathing after performing these sets one after another, GIANT RESPECT
Nice to see that he finds his own training so amusing 😄
The standing ab roller is no joke great strength for his age
Does casual 60+80 pushups on his fingers and knuckles but is still humble enough to say "i only do one set". Great role model, hope to be close to his strength at that age.
I might be late to the party here but you know what amazes me the most about him? The question how he is able to pull that routine off every morning from Monday to Friday. And his answer basically is he fears what would happen if he would stop. That's an incredible drive. Not that he actually does the training in fear, no I would imagine he's in peace and feels happiness in knowing he fights of this devil. Simply amazing.
jyu kumite karate techniques with this sensei that's what i want he's tough and he is motivational because he shows that we can keep training for many years

What a happy but really respectable man. It is a really motivating video. His isn't strict rather easy going guy. I wish you good health and long happy life. Greeting from Hungary
