This is how I feel too, I love the variety and your teaching style
I am recovering from herniated discs and this is one of the few intense exercises i can do to raise my heart beat without hurting my back. Loved and hated the plank jacks at the same time!! Looking forward to more HIT routines!
This one was a bit harder, just because it resembeled exercising more and I had an imidiate reaction 'No, I don't like that' but somewhere in the middle I fell in love with it. Thanks to you. Excited for the new routies!

between work and getting sick i havent worked out in quite a while. this workout is exactly what i needed to get back into it - controlled, steady, total body, a great mix of yoga and pilates. so glad to have found this lovely channel

Wow,this one was challenging.Have only been doing pilates since our lockdowns (here in Melbourne Australia) since June,and your classes have always been so brilliant,as I've been able to do the majority of the moves. You are such a calm,instructive teacher,and I feel so much stronger and motivated than ever before. I have done one of your classes every day since June. Now this 24 day challenge. Thank you Lottie. You really are and inspiration.

I love how real the practices are! I mean, no judgement to whoever narrates the classes afterwards, it can be awesome too (Boho Beautiful does and I love their videos either way), but it makes me feel encouraged hearing your breath hitched too and you're also feeling the burn in your legs, things like that! I loved this class so much and that exercise with the low lunge and the balance is my favorite too!
Truly enjoying these 24 days of Pilates sessions! Today was super intense and tomorrow I will be sore, but will be back for Day 6. Ms. Lottie your workouts are a blessing. Thank you.
Thank you for this session! It surely did ramp up compared to the first few intros, but that's exciting! One feedback: I'm relatively new and the side planks were by far the hardest. It took me half the circuit time just getting into the correct position. Could you help newbies out more by walking us thru getting into tough positions like this before you start a stretch? I need more verbal prompting. Thank you! Looking forward to tomorrow.

Thanks, Lottie! I wanted to try hiit pilates and clicked on a couple of new channels but had to return to my favourite Lottie. The others did post-video voice-overs - nah, not like you talking us through it which is much better!
Been looking forward to each day of exercise with you. Today’s challenge for me was the side plank with leg raise. My hip was cramping as I raised my leg. Today’s class was great!

I was worried when I read HIIT (I try not to jump for the sake of my joints - not old, just small-boned) but that was just what I needed! I had to sub the lunges for more squats because lunges without fail give me this inexplicable cramp in my extreme low back that immediately makes me have to quit my workouts (wish I knew why so I could fix it - maybe hamstring flexibility?) but I still felt my glutes thanks to those kicks. I was so proud of myself for how long I made it through the plank jacks. I will definitely bookmark this for the future much-hated but necessary cardio days.

I was scared this morning when I saw HIIT and core but I did it with the planks even though I had to rest a few seconds towards the end of the planks and do some on my elbow I did it even though I was still sore from the core work from the previous days. Thanks for this.

I developed constant vestibular migraine in February, which means I feel sick, dizzy and unstable and since then have not been able to do any running or practise yoga as any rushed or up and down movement makes me feel sick. I have been told that Pilates is ok. I have been following this calendar and am finding it a challenge and need to adapt some of the moves or slow them down - unfit or too fast for my head to cope with. But loving getting back into exercise. Thank you
I love how adaptable these routines are. I took full advantage of the cat-cows as I've been sat at a desk all week so my spine really needed that movement. And I'm trying to work on my push ups so rather than the plank jacks at the end I did 50 seconds of push ups on the knees and a 10 second push up negative (for those wondering, this is where you do the lowering to the ground part of the push up only, but try to do it really low and controlled). Way more fun that my chocolate advent calendar!
