Lee, as my Dad always told me - "You won't catch anything sitting in your armchair! - get a bait in the water!" We all suffer the blanks at times - but we persevere for that 'big girl' out there who may just be hungry when we're on the bank - but if you're not there, you'll never know! My last session for 2023 is tomorrow - as you say, a fish will do! Wishing you a very Happy New Year - that 'big girl' is out there - hopefully, I'll get her tomorrow! Great session.. Hollow shinner 12cm crank from salmo deep diver has been the one for me on the local Cutts.. Sumat about that blue & silver flash in the water the can't resist it.

Hi Lee, enjoying going through the videos especially the pike sessions. Could you answer me a question? Regarding polaroids, do you feel when wearing these the visibilty through the water is massively enhanced? If so is there any you recommend? Thinking of investing in a pair if it's worth it, cheers.

Hi they play a massive part in fishing for me personally, they definitely remove the glare and the best ones I've ever used are the ridge monkey polaflex , glass lens and very hardwearing 👍

Just an observation and not a criticism but just wondering why you use the reverse reel when playing a fish and not rely on the drag/clutch?
